* When you commission me, please note that they should be for personal use ONLY. Profile pictures, banners, etc.
If you want to use my work commercially, please DM me, and we can work out additional fees.

1. DO NOT INPUT MY WORK INTO AN AI/ BLOCKCHAIN ENGINE.

2. I have the right to decline commissions I am uncomfortable with, or am not confident in my ability to complete.

3. Payment must be in USD, with the exception of robux. (3b)

3a. Pay up front for orders below or equal to $40 USD.

3b. Robux commissions must be purchased through my gamepasses at the agreed upon price.

4. Revisions and refunds on adoptables are not applicable.

4a. I will not be responsible for refunds if a design is sold falsely by a third party.

5. For non-adoptable commissions, completion of flat colors and onward, refunds cannot be requested.

6. Customer accepts that item will not be delivered if payment is not completed in full.

6a. Product will be delivered digitally.

7. DO NOT RESELL MY ART.

7a. If you wish to trade an adoptable away, please notify the new owner of my TOS.

8. Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.

9. Unless specified otherwise, I am able to post the works and/ or add them to my portfolio.
